Answer:
Serveuright.com (“ServeURight”), is a website which serving as an one-stop-shop to facilitate food lovers to search for their favorite cuisine or restaurant and download vouchers to enjoy these restaurants. For restaurateurs, ServeURight provides a platform for them to promote their restaurant.
Question:
Who can join ServeURight?
Answer:
Anyone who is interested in, well, food is welcome to join. (Note: See the next question on limitations on restauranteurs). We also make sure to welcome restaurateurs around Malaysia to register with us and promote their restaurant.

Does Serveuright.com available to the restaurant which outside of the Malaysia?
Answer:
Currently we are only open to Malaysia restaurants for registration.

Answer:
You can send any feedback, suggestions, and comments to us via the Contact Us page.

Do I have to become a member to use serveuright.com?
Answer:
Yes. Registration is required to use the serveuright.com service.

What is the benefit of becoming a member?
Answer:
As a member, you’ll be able to download and purchase vouchers for your favorite restaurants. You can even book your seats with us.

How do I subscribe to ServeURight's newsletter?
Answer:
You may select the option of receiving newsletters during profile creation.
Question:
Why I did not receive any confirmation or promotional emails?
Answer:
You may try to check the junk mail or spam box for the confirmation emails and promotional emails. If you still do not receive it, highlight this problem to our technical support via the Contact Us page. We’ll be glad to help you out.

How do I update my personal information?
Answer:
You may update your personal information after a successful login to our website. The option is available on the top side of the page.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
Answer:
You can click the “Forget Password” button on the main page. An email notification will be sent to your email account for password reset.

How can I cancel the subscription of serveuright.com newsletter and other promotional mails?
Answer:
Simple! You may cancel the subscription of the newsletter and promotional mails by unchecking the newsletter check box in your profile.

Why do some cities have more restaurants listed than the others?
Answer:
The restaurant listings include the establishments registered by restaurateurs on the website. We don’t control who registers, so some cities will have more listings than others! We are always welcome all types of restaurant to register with us.

How do I suggest a restaurant for serveuright.com?
Answer:
You may provide the ServeURight's web URL to the potential or preferred restaurant owner for their viewing and registration.

I am running a new event for my restaurant. How can I promote this event on serveuright.com?
Answer:
Whenever there is any new promotion or event for your restaurant, you may provide us the information and post it to our web site. We have currently restricted this function to be performed by only website admin to avoid the misuse of the promotion function.

Can I give away free vouchers to my customer via this website?
Answer:
Yes. There are 2 ways to do so: you can give us the free vouchers and we can send it to members via our newsletter or request our sales person to post it up to the web site for you as part of your restaurant promotion

My restaurant already has its own website. Can I get a link from Servueright.com?
Answer:
You can include your restaurant URL during the restaurant profile creation.

Do I need to pay for this service?
Answer:
Registration and listing of the restaurant is absolutely free!

I would like to advertise on your website. How can I do that?
Answer:
You may send your request to our sales representative at sales@serveuright.com.

My restaurant has more than one branch. Do I need to create the profile for each branch individually?
Answer:
We’d say you should. Restaurateurs are advised to create a profile for each branch individually. This is for the customers’ convenience and makes your individual branches searchable by location.

I want to delete the listing of the restaurant from your website. How can it be done?
Answer:
Please submit your request to our technical team via Contact Us page. We will proceed with your request in 3 to 5 working days.
